Honda Jazz rear wiper mechanism

The rear wiper on our '09 Jazz got removed either by a car wash or a ne'er-do-well but I'm not sure what to order to replace it.
The metal motor is still there (i.e. it still turns when the wiper switch is on) but there's only a bit of black plastic sleeve around it and nothing attached. Should I be ordering a whole wiper arm like this? https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Honda-Jazz-Mk3-MPV-10-2...
Apparently I might be needing a special wrench too, or will household tools be able to do the job?
