EP3 Suspension Options
Discussion
Hi All, after some advice please! Currently have an EP3 with 100,000+ miles and currently totally standard, its my daily and I'm also planning on doing the Javelin Sprint Series this year along with a trip to Spa and Nurburgring. Currently one of my top mounts has gone and the other is not far behind so weighing up upgrade options.
First (and cheapest) option is to get a set of Bilstein B4s + new top mounts and re-use my standard springs for a bit of a refresh.
Second is to go down the coil-over route (never had coilovers before) with something like the Yellowspeed Road set up. Just wanted to know what peoples thoughts were on these or any better alternatives? (in approx £700 region). Also I'm unsure of what additional modifications I'd need? Rear camber arms obviously but not sure on RCA's or a rack raiser? I'd be looking for minimal lowering what with it being my daily and also enjoying a good B-road at the week end!
Cheers!

Hi ,
ive a set of Yellowspeed Coilover's in the garage. I had a change of heart because after i bought my car i liked the ride quality and i was worried that coil overs would be too harsh.
I have purchased a set of Eibach's , the Pro kit. I have hardrace camber arms fitted to the rear so when i have the springs fitted they can adjust the car easily.
My last Ep3 had a strut brace fitted aswell , i felt a nice difference after fitting that. Personally i would fit Eibachs . The bilstein kits are good though.
Up to you really , i may change my mind and fit the coilovers in the summer time. I hope ive helped a wee bit.
