I agree. Trying to find a good one is the prob! I am after one with FHSH and only want to buy from a Honda main dealer (comes with warranty etc. and I can get them to do all the prep work/make sure its mechanically sound). Also want a car that's dry underneath and not rusted/been in a coastal town all its life with rust. Oh and its got to be Cosmic Grey!
I have an 06 on about 66k miles, used it as my daily driver since 2007. Prices will do what they do but as said low mile, last of the range cars will always command a premium, they seem to be staying fairly high.
My car definitely wasnt/isnt an investment, but its nice to see firm prices!

I purchased a 2003 EP3 with 35k miles from a Honda dealer with a 1 year warranty in 2012.
Within the year I took it to Honda to be serviced and the primary oxygen sensor and break calliper needed to be replaced........ these were not covered because Honda Uk said the car was too old!! The warranty wasn't worth the paper it was written on.......even though the salesman said it would cover most faults when he went through the wording!!
The paperwork is loosely written on older cars so that they can get out of repairs!!
Good car though!

My 06 EP3 had the same 2 faults within a few months, no warranty though so just had to get it done. Has been fine ever since though (Touch wood!)Within the year I took it to Honda to be serviced and the primary oxygen sensor and break calliper needed to be replaced........ these were not covered because Honda Uk said the car was too old!!
