Leftfield purchase - Honda Beat!
Discussion
I've been missing my E30 M3 Evo II I sold it. I replaced it with a Porsche 928 S4 which is a big brilliant brute, but an auto. So I really needed a manual car in my life. And come to think of it a convertible.
A random browsing of eBay.de had me stumbling over a 40,000 km and one owner from new Honda Beat:

A yellow one. Expensive. In Hamburg. Clearly an insane purchase. I chanced an offer, flew over and drove it back. It's incredible. The steering is, let's just say direct. The gearchange is short and slick. It's 660cc 3 cylinder revs to 9,000 (max torque 7,200...) and sounds like a baby air cooled 911. It's met with a mixed reaction with friends and family. What do you think??
