Tien is a well known suspension brand. Google it and you'll get all the specs you need.
If you can see the top of your suspension struts, then you should see a plastic black box at the very top of them.
OS Giken is likely to your clutch and/or LSD.

Tein are a decent mid-range suspension company - EDFC sounds to me like adjustable dampers which can be controlled from the cockpit - sounds nice and not cheap. Adjustables typically need more TLC than sealed, fixed-rate units, so do some googling and find out (a) what the official service life is; and (b) if you should ideally be doing anything at shorter intervals.
OS Giken as above, I suspect.
Both together suggest to me the car has seen a moderate amount of track-work*, but it may just be someone who likes modding.
As for buying a non-standard car:-
- OEM dampers are £££ for what they are - an increasing number of older cars are getting aftermarket suspension - I've just done the same and felt a noticeable improvement in body control while only losing ~10% of ride comfort.
- It shouldn't affect resale as it's Japanese and mods are far more accepted than on German metal...
* Usual checks apply but so long as not abused the NSX is apparently pretty tolerant of trackdays.
