Honda Stream or Odyssey?
Discussion
Thinking about one of these to possibly replace my present car.
Budget would be about ££2-2500 so likely to be looking at years 2002 - 2004?
Does anyone know if the rear seats can be removed or made totally flat , might be used as an emergency camper for car shows.
The Odyssey I've seen in that price range are 2.3 autos, any knowledge on these?

If I decided on the Stream it would be manual. Are there any known issues to look out for?

2.3 engine is a good'un, generally regarded as bullet proof. IIRC it was used in the Accord Type V (quite rare!) over here in the UK.
Odyssey seats do indeed fold flat.
I'd try and find a decent Stream if you can. Will be substantially cheaper to insure as it's a UK car. The 1.7vtec, although American built, is a good engine. If not, can't go wrong with the 2.0vtec.
I hope that helps (if at all!).
