HELP - Jazz windscreen fogs up, rear seats are going mouldy
Discussion
My 5 door '53 plate Honda Jazz has some moisture issues!
The spare wheel under boot floor has water sitting there.
The windscreen regularly needs a squeegee to get the water off the inside and as a result of all this, the rear seats are starting to go a bit mouldy on the cloth.
Ordered some rain X anti fog and am leaving the windows open a few mm, but anyone got any ideas how I can solve this?

The roof seal between the top of the C post and the roof goes - people think the water is coming in through the rear lights but it's higher up than that.
I don't know the time limits, but Honda was repairing them FOC.
ETA - apparently the age limit is 6yrs. Some info here and in linked pages: http://clubjazz.org/forum/index.php?topic=3271.0

Yes it has a sunroof and being an older car I think you guys might be right that it is all seal related.
It's only a town runaround for my wife, but this constant steaming up issue is a major pain. Do I take it to Honda or simply a local garage to sort out?
For such a cheap car, not a problem I was anticipating having to budget for.
The C pillar seal for example, is that easy to fix yourself?
Thanks for the help

I guess a Honda dealer would be familiar with the issue, but it's more of a bodyshop thing than a garage, although that's probably because the official Honda repair will involve repainting.Scooby P1 said:

We ran the same model to 6 years old but ditched it when the gearbox bearings started to get noisy, although Honda did subsequently start to do those FOC too. Older Jazz's are not without issues - a/c is a bit of a weak point too.

There's reasonable detail in the link in my previous post.Gassing Station | Honda | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
