Anyone have one?

It's time for me to replace my old Sony unit and would like to be able to use the dash controls to the right of the steering wheel. Does anyone know which units (if any) will allow this? I have tried to use the adapter wiring with the Sony but it doesn't work.

Also I would like one with 3 sets of amplifier pre-outs (front, back, sub).
Is there any diffenerce in sound qualiry or are all head units about the same?

Can anyone comment on these: -

Alpine CDA-137BTi

Sony iDA-X305S

Pioneer MVH-8300BT

Kenwood KDC BT92SD

Any first hand experience?

I've just had a Pioneer DEH-8500DAB fitted by Halfruad's .

Had to wait for them to get a lead in for the remote control (audioleads).

Seem's to work ok although I am lead to believe the proper Modifry lead is better .

Modifry lead is a lot more expensive than the audioleads one!

I got an audio leads one and it works perfectly.

I got a very similar head unit to the above - but the Pioneer DEH-X8500BT (bluetooth with no DAB) it's about £40 less and the only difference is no DAB and it is an awesome bit of kit, and more importantly, definitely fits behind the audio door when it is closed smile & has a rear USB input. Two things to consider with the S2000.

True , the Modifry one is more expensive but I'm led to believe work's where as the Audio leads need's some fiddling .

And yes the Pioneer is good but some of those in the first post look nice as well .

I went for the DAB version because you can rewind live radio (apparently)!

Thanks for your replies, sounds like the Pioneer is the way to go.
