Depends on it's history and the condition of it's arches, £3.5-4.5k probably?

No rust. History both UK and Japan, whole arch file of history.

Condition is everything - check all the things you'd expect to have to change at some point, see if/when done. And check the rear arches from the inside if possible (take rear speaker out and shine a torch inside).

Does it have a flaking cam cover? Have the engine and torque mounts been changed? Have any of the suspension bushes been changed? Rta's? Lower wish bones? What condition are the recaro's in? Any rips or tears? Any wear to the drivers bolster? Does it have a Decent alarm fitted? Steering wheel wear? How much oil does it use? Does it smoke on VTEC ? Knowing these few things that will help to work out a rough value of the car.

Does it have a Decent alarm fitted? Toad Alarm/immobiliser Cat 1 with certificate
Steering wheel wear? Minimal
How much oil does it use? 1/2 litre per 1500 miles
Does it smoke on VTEC ? little (does have decat

Sounds like a decent one. From the information I should think it would be worth around 3.7 or 3.8
But it's worth whatever someone's willing to pay. Maybe the car will get someone who is interested and be prepared to pay a premium for a decent example.
