Teenage (2000) 1.8 VTech Accord Salloon Grief

After 250K miles I have two issues for which any help would be appreciated.Firstly the boot lid when open is not recognized by the security system,so the alarm does not set.Secondly the drivers door window will not travel up/down on One-Push.It moves smoothly but only in increments to the top and bottom.I am suspecting a bad motor but knowing this window has a safety device I wonder if the master control switch drivers door is the culprit? I have removed the door card and put silicone on all channels and lubricated the motor cable.
