FN2 CTR Intermittent Check Oil Level Warning

After about 20 minutes or so of driving, the Civic is throwing up a Check Oil Level light, first time it happened I stopped, let the engine settle a little and checked the level and it was fine. Got back in the car and the warning was gone.

It doesn't happen every time I drive the car just now and then but whenever I check the level the oil is fine.

Anyone had this issue on an FN2 before?

Keep the oil level measured on the dip stick middle to full and all will be ok.
