Cheap Type R's
Discussion
Hi guys
Quite interested in either an Accord or Civic, but I don't want to spend too much money on one 2k ish I would say
Are there some gems out there for this value? I know the engines are quite bombproof but for this price I'd be looking way over 100k? Still worth a punt? or avoid like the plague!!
All comment welcome
Thanks

Yep agree with the above.
However, cheap not always best. Might have to be prepared to spend a bit of £££ on a car at that price. So your 2k car might turn out to be a 3k car at the drop of a hat.
The type r variants are generally bullet proof, but other parts of the car get tired, and can sometimes cost. Just make sure you take someone that knows cars in general, or even better, Hondas. You might stumble on one with lots of work already done to it.
This is the one I'd be looking for, that's had this, that and everything done to it mechanically.
Best of luck. You certainly won't be disappointed with an accord.
