Wing mirror bracket 2012 Civic

Some tw*t has reversed their truck into the side of my new Civic and scratched the side and snapped the bracket that holds the mirror on. Dent repair specialist will do the scratch but can you buy just the metal bracket for the mirror. Dropped into my local dealer and they printed me off a cut away diagram with p/s and said I could only buy a whole mirror for £140 +VAT. Thing is the picture does not even include the bracket as far as I can see and the rest of the mirror is fine.
Trying to keep costs down, any suggestions ?
