Hi Guys

Coming home from work this evening a bird decided to take on my bumper and lost. It killed the bird sadly and there was hardly any damage to the bumper. The only slight damage is to the air inlet, which has been pushed back less than an inch. I tried to pull it back into place but it looks like it will need pushing from behind. Do you think it is worth taking to the dealer to make sure nothing else has been damaged? If so how much do you think they will charge. A photo of the damage is below.

Thanks

James

Personally I'd just scrape the bird off, give it a proper burial with a nice headstone, and forget about it.

It's highly unlikely any damage will have been done if the bumper isn't even cracked.

Well, I can confirm that 300ZX door mirrors don`t survive assisting pheasants to take off whilst travelling at a reasonable speed. Snapped the mount clean off, left hanging by the cable.

As for the pheasant ~ probably posted a personal best. Briefly.
