2004 civic 1.6 vtec executive model. i,drove home friday fine, saturday car wouldn't start due to a flat battery, charged it up over the day and car started straight away, then the following day it done the same thing,so I brought a new battery,£73 (more then I thought it would be) ,started nut drained through the day, people told me it would be the alternator I didn't think so because it drained whilst it was stationary

,any way I called autolec (really good car electrician in chelt/glos) it was the air con pump relay that had welded itself shut,it was draining 3 amp took it of right down to 20 milli amps, swapped it over for the horn relay and it works fine,if it happens again fingers crossed it won't he marked it so I can take it out (will buy new one soon) has anybody else had any electrical relay problems with theirs before, thanks russ
