recently bought myself ep3 totally standard brilliant car btw and i know what i want to do to it but few things i am struggling to find yellow type r mats if anyone knows where i could get them from be a great help also cant seem to get hold of 35mm lowering springs not wanting coilovers as they are crazy money and tbh still want some comfort in the car?

Mats I can't help with though.
As for the comfort side of it, coilovers may be better, or at least adjustable as the shock / dampener would match the spring rate.

They work very well with OEM dampers. Loads of guys use them on the DC2s and i'm sure loads more do on the EP3 and they get a very good write up. They keep pretty much standard ride quality with a bit of a drop
