Hi, well im new to the forum, and just picked up my honda DC5 today, but short lived by going into the garage for winter, so i can prepare it for some track days for next year! So far I am very very impressed! I cant wait to get it on the track and start playing! She feels very firm and stiff and alot torquey than i was expecting!

That does look good, I've always thought the dc5 was a better car than the dc2 but the later one always seems to live in the older ones shadow, anyway nice car and good luck.

Cheers.....Tony..

More than likely it's the Tegiwa copy.

EDIT: I should also add, while it is a copy, it's pretty much identical to the Gruppe M item and is half the price. It doesn't come with the pre-cut scuttle panel like the Gruppe M does, but tbh most reports I've read say the Gruppe M panel is a poor fit and rattles at speed, so you will only end up cutting your own panel to fit anyway.

I'll probably fit a Tegiwa toward the end of this year, a few months after I've done my exhaust. The induction noise these things make is insane, but they aren't ideal for anyone wanting to supercharge or turbocharge, apparently they just can't get enough air to go much beyond 250bhp - though imo adding FI sort of spoils what Type R is about anyway.
