129k miles, £800, no major faults that I've seen.

Does anyone know the service schedule, it's got a FSH, but I've not looked in the logbook, is it the same as new Hondas and it'll need a cambelt, ballance belt, waterpump + the usuals at 137.5k miles?

Any other common faults? It's this or an Alfa 156, so a big service on the way could push me towards something shiny red and italian!

I ran a '99 one for 125,000 miles from new in about 18 months. It was serviced on the button and about as faultless as you're going to get. Once I moved on the company kept it and ran it until 220,000 miles without any major drama.

It never did one easy mile in all that time, either.

I'd have no qualms with one at that mileage if the service history was good. Having said that, I'd expect to replace suspension bushes and shocks at that time and certainly fluids.

12K/12 months service interval. I ran a 2002 2-litre SE for 3½ years and 45K miles with the only fault being a failed lambda sensor in the exhaust down-pipe.

I bought a '99 SE Executive 1.8 Vtec in March with 124k on it. Runs like a dream. You would not think the engine has that mileage by the way it drives.
Agree regarding bushes, i think they could do with a change.
AFAIK for cambelts it's every 70k miles or 8 years.
The Accord is a great and comfy mile muncher. I'm really happy i purchased it.
