how fast is the car going as the rear wheels pass over the start line?

I imagine it's quite hard to say for sure. It's widely acknowledged that a Top Fueller will top 100mph by the 60ft. marker, so in the 25ft it takes for the rear wheels to pass the startline, a ball park figure would probably be about 60-65mph?
