Can't disagree with the comment, but I'd hazard a guess that this Mustang looks a lot better and pleasing to the eye, than the latest single seat bubble car incarnations that are eminating from the workshops of JFR

Oh absolutely, it is a million times better than those. And yes, if they car performs like a modern car it may need the extra downforce. I'd just be happier watching an authentic bodied nostalgia funny car running authentic times than I would see a modern car with a pseudo-nostalgia body run modern times.

That said, I'd rather watch a modern car with a pseudo-nostalgia body run modern times than a modern car with an ugly body run modern times :-)
