Drag racing parts

Hi all.
I've been searching but can't for the life of me find out where drag racers and hot rodders buy and sell their parts.
I've saved a 1968 RHD Volvo 142 from the scrapyard/banger track and intend turrning it into a street strip car, Swedish style (that usually means 16v head on an 8v block, a huge turbo and loads of boost
).
As I'm on a tight budget I'm looking for used parts wherever possible. I've broken my 940 for all the goodies I've put into that but will still be loking for loads of stuff over the next year or two as budget allows- fuel cell, rear axle, gauges, etc.
Can anyone let me in on this little secret?

If you come along to the Main Event in a couple of weeks and take a wander around the pits, you will soon realise that, in Drag Race terms, "Swedish Style" and "Tight Budget" are mutually exclusive terms!

Ah yes, Jon, but that's the pro teams that are travelling Europe to compete in Championships- I'm talking about the grass roots racers, many of which are running very respectable times. There are plenty of street legal, low budget Volvos over there running 11's and 10's!

In the meantime if anyone has a big fuelcell, a Ford 8, 8.8 or 9" they want to sell for sensible money (grassroots wannabe racer, me) or any other interesting bits I'd be glad to hear from them.
