Urs On TV

Just read on the excellent Euro Dragster,that discovery are poss going to do show following Urs Erbacher around Europe I did notice the amount of TV crew hanging around his pit and following him around over the weekend,mystery now solved!
Just got to hope that Richard Branson does'nt upset Sky anymore and i loose Discovery Channel!!

We were slightly concerned when, whilst on a pit walk on thursday night, one of Urs' chaps approached us with a cameraman in tow and stated that "we need three men"

Much to our dissapointment, they needed assistance in putting up the awning

You may also see me and the good lady watching a fuel warm up, all was good, the camera crew got gassed and Mrs slinky wasn't expecting the two big throttle blips (he he he)

You wait 'til you see Pricey and Graham re-enacting their commentary of Urs' 4.8-second pass. As you will recall Urs did the run on Sunday, but Pricey and Graham had to pretend to be commentating it for the cameras at about eight o'clock on Monday morning. I thought Graham was going to give himself a hernia or something, I think he could be heard in Dover. Look in the background of the shot and you may see the two gentlemen and one reporter of Europe's favourite drag racing web site plainly wondering what was going on and then falling about laughing.
