I had an interesting time on the saturday as my trousers soaked up the rain...
We has two runs luckily enough! One on saturday which made us number one qualifier in Super pro and then today. We had a bye run in the first round 8.26 on an 8.22 dial in.
At the weather however! We had a newcomer to the sport with us all weekend, she says she enjoyed it...!
Roll on 2007, sniff!

The weekend started well enough with our first observed run going to plan, but then towing down for the second only to get soaked was less fun. Still, at least we had roast pork in the oven for tea, it wasn't all bad.
I was fairly hopeful this morning - despite having been woken at 4am by thunder, lightning and rain hammering on the roof of the truck when I eventually got up it was to a sunny day.
Tow down again, and... rain. In the end we gave up and went back to the pits to pack up - and as we were doing so the meeting was called off.
Not the results we were looking for, but the new engine worked and Adam is one step closer to getting his license. And as ever, thanks to the track crew for their tireless work attempting to get us a racing surface.
