We're going for the weekend and see rain is forecast for all day Friday. I've been to the Pod on quite a few occasions but luckily have always had good weather. What I'm wondering is if it does rain on Friday what happens to the programme. Are certain categories dropped or what, how does it work as they surely won't be able to run all of the entries on all rounds with one less day. anyone?

You'll be surprised what they can manage against the weather. Seen worse than one day out of four being totally washed out and they pull out the stops, the track crew are legendary.
Forecasts are usually wrong anyway.

With the forcast for Thursday looking good (lots of rounds of sportsman qualifying) I would expect Pro Classes to be the priority on the Friday if track time is limited.

The bar does not close due to adverse weather conditions.

That's the important bit!

The way I see it, I'd rather be sat in a wet tent in a muddy field drinking beer with friends than sitting at home in front of the TV!

A bad day at a drag strip is better than a good day at work!
