Fairly local to me
Best bikeshop in the area is Beeline Bikes in Oxford
http://www.beelinebicycles.co.uk/
If you must stay local then http://www.ride-247.co.uk/ in Cirencester is ok, friendly guys but limited choice
Further out http://www.epic-cycles.co.uk/

No direct experience of 24/7 or Performance Cycles - only know of PC from racing in the Cotswold League - but heard good things.
Epic are good but a bit of a trip to get there - nice location and definitely worth a visit though.
Personally I would say best road / TT shop in the area is Echelon in Pershore. Again a bit more of a trip across for you (I am based in Cheltenham) but they are open late 2 evenings a week which is good for dropping off / picking up after work.
Also don't immediately dismiss Cheltenham Cycles or Leisure Lakes in Cheltenham depending upon what kit / brands you are in to.
