Interested to find out how many miles are you putting in a week on average, and how often?

About 120 a week at the moment, hopefully a bit more in the summer!

Probably about 100 for me, but likewise, will be spinning the cranks a bit more come summer time.

With non-icy roads at this time of year I'm doing 120-140/week using an old rigid MTB rather than a road bike, if it's icy I'll do an hour on the turbo.

As the weather improves (say 8-10C temperatures) that will increase to 150-180 using a road bike, warmer weather and it's normally 200-250 depending on sunshine and the job list from SWMBO.....

Edit - as for how often, I aim to either get out on the road or a turbo session 6 or 7 days a week. Sounds a lot but I'll mix in recovery sessions and normally have 2-3 completely idle days every month.

I commute daily and normally do a long ride out on a saturday, average around 120-150miles a week at the moment, hoping to build that upto to around 200 a week in the summer.

Currently working on my endurance so lots of spinning!

Around 300kms per week, sometimes a bit more, sometimes a bit less. It's been a slow start this week, as I was only really back on the bike from yesterday, but I should still manage 250km this week. Aiming for 13500km on the bike this year, and to do a super-randonneur series.

Good effort. I won't be doing that distance in my car, let alone my bicycle !

I covered about 2000 miles last year.

Last year was my first year commuting. Done just over 2000 miles.

First week back on it after Christmas, done 800 miles. Going to try for 100 a week, min, this year.
Well that's the plan.

Coming back from injury and have done 2x50 mile (4hr) towpath rides in last 3 days. I hope to build up to 1x50 and 2x70 per week ( or road equivalent) in the next couple of months.
It could go pear shaped again though.......

Doing 2-3 x 30 miles in the week and 50-60 on Saturday and the club run on Sunday, which is normally about 70-80miles. Not always possible at the moment though, due to all the ice and snow.

Currently about 120 a week, just commuting, too cold wet and snowy to be doing any runs at the weekend.

Generally just the commute at the moment (about 18 miles a day), although I did a little 40 mile shakedown today as it was nice out.

Many years ago I was doing 400 to 500 a week made up of commuting, training and competing. I would have been a lot 'better' if I had any clue about training!!

I share your pain, Matt. Weather/Broken Body/Advancing Age have all taken their toll since October. Would like to get back to about 110/120 mile per week, Monday to Thursday, as Friday is travel home day, and the long-haired General always has orders waiting for me, when I would much rather spend great chunks of the weekends in the saddle.
