Clip ons for flat carbon bars?

I have a set of Bontrager XXX lite carbon bars which have a flat section across the top of them. I have been having a good old scout around the internet and can't find where I can buy a set of clip on aero bars which will fit.

Anyone got any ideas?

I think they are aero bar extensions rather than clips-ons for road bars
