Went through a number of bikes in my budget of £300 with the guys at Evans, this is what the staff as best for the money, and felt nicest when trial riding.

looks great, ignore the detractors, some people here think that bikes only start at £1000....

I was just pulling your leg. But you say you want to ride Trials as well? As in jumping on and off park benches, wheelies, etc? Perhaps a MTB would have been a better choice. Personally, I've never seen the need for the commuter bike market at all. MTB's do everything so much better in comparisson. Plus you get the genuine off road ability.
