I'm not going to be able to ride on Sunday and to say I'm gutted would be an understatement. After coming off a fortnight ago and cracking a rib I thought I'd be OK, but the doc said otherwise. I was dismissive of this, but a short ride last night left me feeling like I'd been hit by a bus.

Long story short - I have a spare place to give up, on a first come first served basis and subject to a donation to the PH fundraising drive.

Please post below for dibs and then email me through my profile link with your contact details so I can get the race numbers etc out in tomorrows first class post. I have a 6am start so you will be flexible as to how you want to ride.

Good luck to all those riding on Sunday, I'm hoping for some sunshine and a refreshing cool breeze for you. Count me in for 2011.
