I just saw a fat bloke about today in the new team sky team gear. I'm not convinced he was one of their riders. hehe

Do people here wear pro gear on their bikes?

I asked this a while ago, consensus said yes it's fine although perhaps just stick to the team jersey rather than going for the head to toe look.

Indeed, by all means wear the jersey, not the full kit.

Going full pro-team is well dodgy! To do it properly requires a replica bike, but paradoxically, that only makes it worse!

Full pro gear only becomes semi-acceptable when the team is no longer existant. All IMHO of course hehe

Wear what you like.

Grown men that shave their legs have no right to pretend to be the cycling fashion police.

Saw some guy doing this the other day... full multi-coloured team gear and thart included the shorts.

Looking at his legs I reckon he must never do any more than 15mph and stick to 2-4 degree hill-work biggrin

Quite sad really but you know what, if he's enjoying it, enjoying his sport and loves wearing the gear then good on him.

I was going to buy a King of the Muntain jersey once just to see how much attention it got every time we got to a hill smile
