Any PH in a group riding at 10:55am on Sat nr Barrow Gurney?

Long shot, but there was a large number of cyclists (15-20) who were waiting to join the A38 near Barrow Gurney, Bristol at around 11am on Saturday morning.

There was an incident at the time and due to being in shock, I didn't think about asking any of the group if they had recorded a cars registration..
