New bike every year on R2W?

So what reason would you guys suggest that I don't just get a new bike each year via work and sell the old one on ebay?
I have worked out thhat I will pay £600 for my £1000 bike with the tax savings etc etc, I think I could sell that bike at one year old for at least £350 (the very least) so that would mean it would have cost me £250. And given that I don't punish them, and generally look after them I don't spend much on the bike over the year it means that the money lost at sale time would be the only cost I think.
What do you guys think?

Better off rolling them round a bit more...
Yr 1 = Road bike.
Yr 2 = Hard tail mountain bike.
Yr 3 = Hybrid to keep at parents. (Or somewhere else you go for regular weekends where a bike would be desirable.)
And rotate.
i have a friend who does this only he doesnt rotate and know has ht mtb, fs mtb, cx, road, single speed, jump bike...Yr 1 = Road bike.

On R2W you pay about half the retail cost of the bike. Hence for a £1000 bike I actually pay about £600, so if its saleable for even £350-400 at the end of the year I've lost £200...Do one Wernick.

Why would you want to make a loss each year?This is what alot of the Halford employees do.
A grand bike if looked after will be worth £500 at 1 year old.
Put that in the bank and it will almost pay for the next grand bike which will cost approx. £50 per month at source.
Our company does it but as I have 3 bikes already it didn't get board (ie. wife) approval.

why not just get a really good bike year 1.
year 2 get a popular bike and sell it immediately! dont even take it out of its box/wrapping.
free money is great. and because you brought a decent bike in year 1, youre not going to suffer the bike falling apart beneath you.
repeat this every year... until the bike falls apart beneath you lol
