I need to get back into riding

I used to ride 8 years ago but due to girls, jobs, cars and the pub I haven’t touched a bike in a long time. Now I want to get back out on the trails (need some time away from the girl now). My poor bike (custom built Kona Roast) was left out in my parents garden for 6 years when I moved to London so I have started to strip down and re-build it, the BB was a pain to get out as it had rusted itself to the frame. After I’m done I want to get town to Woburn Sands or Aston Hill but have nobody to go with, do any of the PH lot ride at these trails? Bear in mind, I haven’t ridden in anger for a few years so will take me a while to get back into it.
