Recommend me some handle bars

For my Specialized Epic. I want low rise, 38.1mm clamp and light as possible. Carbon would be nice but probably too expensive. Max budget ..£40??? But would like to spend less.

Seconded - EA50, and EA70, are great value for money - have used them on several bikes. I've got a spare EA50 I could send, but I reckon the postage from Oz probably ain't worth it.
