Best Alpine destinations for early June ?

I am going on roadtrip in a couple of weeks and we would like to hire some DH bikes and ride the slopes. I've been to Les Deux Alpes before, but it doesn't open 'till mid June. Any ideas on early opening venues ? I think Morzine has one lift open on the 7th.

As far as Morzine goes the Pleney lift opens on the 7th, and there are now TWO DH courses coming down that side of the mountain. Les Gets II opens on the 14th (which is the side with the bike park and Gully Run).
Couldn't find any info on Les Get I or Super Morzine or the other lifts to Switzerland, I'd guess they open late June as always.

Some will be open it seems from the middle of the month for weekends too, although by the look of things there is still a reasonable amount of snow further out into the region!

There is a lot more than 2 trails down the Pleney side of the mountain!
From what I have read elsewhere, Rankin is in the process of building this new track, there are a few pictures of it kicking about, i'm not sure how much of it is smoke & mirrors though, most of the pictures I have seen look like the Pleney singletrack.
There are still plenty of trails off the main line though that arn't so 'motorwayesque'

I suppose one year I really should get the guys to invest in a proper guide. I've explored a few of the off-the-beaten-path trails that branch off the main Pleney run, but my visits to Morzine always seem to coincide with bursts of really wet weather, so anything under the trees is usually a quagmire

I'm crossing everything the weather holds for us this year. Still, dry weather for 3 weeks is being somewhat hopefull I think
I'd chat with some people on or around the lifts, or in the bars, people in general don't have an issue in showing you where a few of the less well used trails are for a couple of beers at the end of the day.
If you're out late July / early August, I don't mind showing you what we know

2nd-9th of August, I think. Look out for the group of obviously clueless Brits on horrendously unsuitable bikes.(the first year we went out, one of our party rode a fully rigid £80 raleigh somethingorother
