Hi, as per my previous post, I purchased an appropriate bracket and 8" disk for my front hope stroker trail disk brake, all fitted and bled. The pads are rubbing slightly on the disk tho, and no matter how many times I re-mount the caliper and push the pistons back it still does it! It seems like the caliper might be as far over as it will go in the slotted holes. I was tempted to put some washers between the mounts on the forks and the bracket to move the caliper over a bit. Is this a bad idea???? anything else I should be looking at to try and solve this?

cheers

Loosen the caliper bolts, squeeze the brake lever hard, then do the bolts up whilst the lever is still in. Should line it up fine.

If there is still rubbing, maybe a washer or two between the fork mount & adapter.
