A quick search tells me a Tora comes with an IS mount on the fork leg & the Stroker Trail is a 74mm Post Mount.
Therefore you need an 8" IS to PM adapter, found here:

With the Tora, as its a QR fork, you need the QR mount.
IMO its also worth checking if the Tora can cope with an 8" rotor & the increased forces it will create. Personally, I wouldn't want to run a 203mm rotor on anything other than a 20mm fork.
