Sponsorship Request London - Le Mans - London Ride
Discussion
Hi guys,
I'm posting with my Charity bucket held firmly out in front of me and jangling away.
This year I will be riding down to and back from the Le Mans 24 hour race on my new Mong-One Chavbred commuter / tourer. About 750-miles odd.
I have set up a Just Giving page - http://www.justgiving.com/stewartcatley - for people (ie you lot) to sponsor me. Please give more than you can afford. If you don't like me then give a huge amount to demonstrate a) that you're considerably richer than me, and b) that you're a better person than me. If you do like me give a huge amount anyway. The trip's is already paid for so whatever is raised will go directly to the British Red Cross. They can benefit from my fun so to speak.
No web page / blog as yet but will update you all when it's finished.
Be warned I'll be bumping this to keep it on the top page. And I'll be doing more of these rides in the coming years, 2010 will hopefully be following the complete Tour de France route.
Feel free to forward the link to anyone you feel may wish to donate or to anyone you think may fancy laughing at a fat man trying to complete a stupidly long ride during the Summer!
Cheers guys,
Stewart
