hayes stroker trail

Hi, just picked up my new kona caldera and had a bit of a play on it! Its got hayes stroker trail hydraulic disc brakes on it, there is quite a bit of travel in the levers, more in the front than the rear, is there any way to adjust this? is there a way to bring the pads closer to the disc?
