Hi everyone,
I've gone and bought another used racer from ebay (and to be fair..i think ive done well again on a bargain)

The tyres that came with it are a little agricultural and i'd like to shod it some clicky but ive taken some readings from the old tyres and they are 27 x 630 - 27 x 1 1/4.

Can i squeeze into some 700 tyres? (as per link)

Please help frown

Dave

700c tires won't fit on a rim designed to take a 27". 700c tires are too small in diameter. One option would be to fit 700c wheels on the bike if you can find some long reach brake calipers. Another would be to install a tire like the Specialized Armadillo that is made in 27"x1 1/4" or 27" x 1 1/8".
