The light arrived this morning, so tonight I fixed it to my helmet and took a few snaps in the garden with the Enduro Maxx for comparison. I only had some standard LR6 AA's, so it's running on three of them at the minute, it ought to be brighter on the higher powered jobbies.
Once it's on the helmet you don't notice it at all, I really can't imagine it'll hinder my riding at all.

I'm interested to hear how you get on. I have the Enduro Maxx too, and as bright as it is, trying to navigate through dense trees isn't the easiest if your handle bars are pointing in a different direction to where you are about to head!
