Which Bike??

The time has come to replace my worn out Marin Mount Vision, and I am considering the following:

2007 Specialised FSR Pro http://www.bikescene.co.uk/moreinfo.php?variation=...

Does anyone have any comments on these? The FSR is a very established design and is better specced than the Giant, but I have read that the Maestro system on the Giant is superb.

Any other suggestions around that £1k price mark?

What size frame are you after?


I'd recommend either of these, although Small and XL sizes appear to all that's available at various hops. I have a 4.1 and it's fantastic.

An interesting option, will have to research them further. What weight are they?

The size may be a problem, I am 6'3" but prefer a slightly smaller bike that normal so would probably err on a large rather than xl but will check it out.
