What items of loveliness for our two-wheeled steeds are we all getting under the auspice of being treated to something for Christmas???

I've just bought myself a new pair of XT pedals and a Thomson Elite seatpost as part of my present to me biggrin

So, what else do we all expect?

I've bought a couple of pairs of shorts and an Enduro Maxx light as my present. Some long leg tights might also need to be purchased if this cold weather perists. All in the name of Santa of course.

Just ordered myself a pair of these:

to go with my V8s smile Annoyingly, none of my local bike shops stock them and reckon online is the only way so I'm hoping I've ordered the correct size!

I treated myself to a Gravity Dropper seatpost and a pair of Michelin Xtrem tyres. I've also just ordered Earthed 4 and contemplating new winter shoes.

If you've ordered your normal size (as I'd expect!) then you should be fine. They fit me just fine, although bizzarely it's quite a big/thick shoe if that makes sense hence they *look* a little big at times smile

Money well spent smile

Oooh very jealous! - I can almost hear my credit card calling to me, they'd look lovely on my Meta.

I actually originally wanted the FR wheels (in red) but I was offered these (only a few came into the country) and was recommended them as better that the FR's - by all accounts the Athertons and other all use these on their FR bikes as they are lighter and just as tough giving better response and acceleration. I've since riden the bike with them, and it is much nicer to handle.

On that recommendation and the fact that they would look better in white on the Supreme than the red, I ordered them.

They simply are beautifully made, and worth the money.

They also would fit my Meta too - and I look forward to swapping them over for the MegaAvalanche next year - Qualify on the Supreme, Race on the Meta...

Just don't ask how much I paid - all I can say is that its very nice to have good friends in the right places wink

Don't you mean bypassing the friend and going straight to the source??? hehe

Looking fecking ace mate. Very jealous.

I'm McSkint this year due to buying an apartment, so no new toys for me. Planning a DH build for Easter time though, and that will be big time pimped... XTR, DTSwiss, Burgtec... mmmm

Bah! Normally I'm a size 10, but sometimes (depending on who makes the shoe, I'm a size 11). Five Tens come in half sizes so I went with 10.5 which arrived yesterday and are slightly too big rolleyes So I've just ordered some size 10s now and will send the other ones back. If I'd had to decide between 10 or 11 I'd had gone 10. Dam them for offering too much choice biggrin

My Cove HJ is going to have a Raceface Atlas Crankset (offered some tonight) to go with its XO kit, supposed to be a budget build but it rides so good i can not stop buying top kit for it.

Still trying to resist a hustler FS Frame though,

Edit, got them now, with some new saeled pedals to match.

smile

Merry Christmas Everyone.
