Cannock Chase again

Does anyone on here live near Cannock Chase?
I used to ride a lot on a road bike but have put on 3 stone since my family grew from two to five in 4 years (twins)
I'm looking for a group to ride wth to get my fat off for when my Championship starts in April.
Even night time rides if you want !
I'm 35 and starting to look older

My bike is waiting for the rear wheel to return from Merlin atm, If I get it back in time I might be able to make Wednesday, if not Saturday should be ok.

Ive mentioned in the other threads, but Im living in uttoxeter this year as im on placment with JCB.
- Ive been going down with another few guys from jcb every friday at around 2.30 (we finsh at 1 fridays).
- We dont get round mega quick. Around 45 mintutes with the current loop (missing the early sections with are closed atm) but otherwise i get down there quite a few weekends as well, any time on not doing something else.

So yeah, let us know on here if your going sometime. Its only 25/30minutes drive for me.

Im 20 and riding a hardtail specilized, other guys are bit older, or else my housemate whos another placment student is 22.

Peachy, how are you fixed for a friday evening ride on the proviso my rear wheel returns from the shop or my new wheels turn up?
