It was great! Used to cycle to work in London but since the move to sunny Glasgow my time on two wheels has been limited, especially now that winter has set in. First time I've ever used a trainer and was impressed. Does anyone know of any good training regimes - I'm not looking for anything fancy, just something to increase my woeful current fitness levels?

What can I say apart from I'm a wuss. Cycling around Glasgow in the wet and the dark at 7pm just doesn't appeal...

Get yourself out of the city and into the Campsies and surrounding areas. Used to enjoy riding out here, and you will find some nice hills smile Missing the place now - it may be cold and wet in the winter but over here there's another 4 months of ice and snow before I can start riding properly again. And compared to Scotland it's as flat as a witch's tit frown
