Long story short....

Locked my bike at work over the weekend and this morning found a big bike shaped gap where I'd left it. No sign of the Kryptonite DLock, though the Magnum Plus cable lock (Sold Secure Gold, apparently) had a lovely neat slice through it. Bastards.

Anyway, if anyone is offered, or knows of, a black, 2006, Commencal Meta 5.2, large frame, in the Leeds/West Yorkshire area, can you stab the cvnt that's punting it?

Bad luck, but.....you left an expensive bike alone for 2 days?

I doubt you'll see it again. Keep an eye in the local classifieds, Ebay, Craigslist, etc.

Work got CCTV?

Not that it will be much use in identifying the urban "oflage" scum that did it, even if you could convince the Police to be interested.

Left the bike in a (supposedly) secure government office sub-terranean (sp?) car park, but not a 24/7 building so no human security on at the weekend. Plenty of CCTV all looking at the entry doors to the building but none pointing at the bike racks. Still, I'm going to spend some time going through the CCTV with the security team, it's all good quality images so with a bit of luck the cvnts cheeky scamps will be recognisable.

Now the fun and games with the insurers starts.
