I tell you what, Escalator riding is friggin dodgy - I remember doing this eight years ago on a hardtail, and we were frequently puncturing at the bottom and blowing out - I have severe respect for those boys doing it at that speed - there is NO room for error!!!

I remember blowing the elastomers clean out of the top of my Halsons (remember those!) compressing hard at the bottom once!!!
