Anyone tried one of these? I used to use one of the original Flight seats and liked it.

I have a Flite Ti on one bike and a Flite GG on the other. The GG is the same shape but far more comfortable on the commute to work. Not tried it off-road, so can't comment on that.

Cheers. I'll give it a try. When gel saddles first came out they were usually terrible but I'd like to think things have moved on a bit since then. I suppose with any new saddle it's just a case of giving it a try and hoping for the best.

If you're not fussed about colour particularly, there are several eBay shops doing them for nearer £40

lol I still use mine!

Tried other stuff over the years but I just can't top it. Maybe the saddle's moulded my arse to its shape...

I've never tried flite saddles. Over the past 8-10 yrs i've always bought Specialized BG saddles.

Altho when I got my new bike last Oct I decidied to go for 1 of these beauties to try drop some weight as i'd gone from a custom built lightweight hardtail to a slightly heavier full susser.

As with supermodels, not much arse padding but a pleasure to ride wink

I've got an SDG Ti-Fly Ti, which is surprisingly comfortable.

Been through a few saddles, and tbh it's completely down to your body, and how wide apart your 'sit bones' are.
I always wanted the lightest and firmest saddle i could bear, and as it turns out it's the Selle Italia SLR Trans-Am Gel Flow.
Fizik Arione was a beauty, but just not the right shape for my butt. Specialized BG Pro was a bit too comfy and bouncy.
There is no 'best', only what suits your butt!

I've just changed to a Fizik Gobi TI very pleased with it, replacing a Specialized BG Saddle, may look to replace my other saddles in due course.
