Any old copies of MBR for recycling?
Discussion
If anyone has any old copies of MBR that they no longer want, I could do with some reading material to get me up to speed with things! I'm ideally after January to August's editions - but anything that covers any of the following would equally be appreciated:
1) Review of hardtails £500-£1000
2) Newbie workshop guides
3) Trails in SE England
Thanks in advance, CH

I'm in Kent unfortunately (I see you're in Bristol), so picking them up is probably not a goer(!)...
...are there those sort of articles in MBR? I'd be happy to pay the postage - if you've a few you want to pass on it makes it more worth paying the postage than the 4quid each that the back issues cost.

Some reviews are on their website: http://www.mbr.co.uk/
www.mtbr.com is a good site for bike reviews. Only downsides being its American based (but loads of UK reviewers) and you get a few tools reviewing bikes. Always worth a browse though.

PDV6, Well, if you can be arsed, and you no longer want them, bung a load in a box, tell me what the postage will be and I'll send it you (cash/cheque or paypal).

Cheers, I have looked, but there's so much stuff on there and half of it was reviewed years ago - the last thing I need is another website to take up valuable lunch break time (PH is bad enough for that)... I also like the tangibility of magazines - you can flick through 'em, read 'em without getting a headache, etc. (I'm such a luddite for a computer programmer!)www.mtbr.com is a good site for bike reviews. Will do, although I expect the postage will be a fair bit just due to the sheer weight (I have Dec, Jan, Feb, Mar, May, Jun & Aug sitting here gathering dust - no idea what's happened to Apr & Jul).Aye well, ask what the cheapest method would be, there's no need for 1st class - i'm not in a rush ;-)
Cheers though - that would be fantastic... I need to get a couple of ideas for what to ask from my wife for my birthday and Christmas!

As it's over 2kg but under 4kg, the cheapest option is £8.24. You still want to go ahead?{edit:} Email me your details via my profile if you want to go for it - email is switched off in your profile!
