Anyone here from Leicester?

I'm looking to start getting out a little more at the weekends and would like some company as all my riding buddies tend to be busy these days, in the very least I wouldn't mind picking your brains for some decent routes, as I can't find many online and am fed up with alot of the stuff i've done before.

Certainly do, riding buddies can be a bit busy too. Mind you, damaged ankle today so maybe off riding for a while.

You and Jon are the riding buddies i'm talking about mate, and you seem to be busy when i'm free and visa versa.

I ride with Wild and shiny and live pretty near bradgate park. As WC said we are always busy but should probably sort a PH ride. Where do you live Promised Land? I dont recognise your car.

If you would rather discus locations privately email me, Wild or Shiny.

Shiny and i should be around on the weekend of the 15 oct on sat and sun.

Last time wild and I rode old john we upset the park keeper.

i live in sileby, my usual ride takes me through cossington/rothley/cropston/old woodhouse/back of swithland reservoir/by mountsorrel quarry then head home to sileby wink

locations not a problem as i could drive somewhere with my bike.

ETA the park keeper waved me through the main gates as he was going through in his landie at the same time, so when he cleared off i detoured a bit!

i noticed the signs saying no biking off the main road on the way out hehe

I live in Anstey and my better half lives in Sileby so can do your local loop one weekend. My brother (Shiny) knows a few loops from Anstey. Beyond that (if we can keep up with you) we could go further afield to the Belvoir Loop or the peaks.

I will try to work out how to send a private email to give you contact details to sort a ride in a few weeks time.

Cool, would be good to meet up for a ride PL, unlike those two I am available for a morning most weekends, although I can't guarantee the same day every week as my other half works some Saturdays.
I can't make the 20th though unfortunately, i'm already promised for a ride in Marsden. How about next weekend? Saturday morning.

Cool, where are we riding then? I'm happy to come up to Sileby or travel elsewhere. I live near Fosse Park and there aren't any obvious rides unfortunately.

Promised Land, Wildcards - are you on for riding this weekend? Sir Jonny should be along too. Promised, I know you sent Sir Jonny an e-mail address, but he doesn't have access during the week usually - could you send me one and we'll sort something out...

Dibble - you're welcome too if it's your bag
